About

I learnt origami in my childhood back in Hong Kong, which was a very common children’s activity in Asia. It all started with folding a crane and a boat, just like everyone else.
As I grew older I came across something different – modular origami. The idea is to fold lots and lots of identical triangular units (i.e. a module), which then get stacked in different orientation and angles to create something unique. It require lots of patience, yes I know, however I managed to get through a lot of TV while folding these units (just like mum’s knitting whether they only stare at TV and don’t even need to look at the needles!). It is important to keep my fingers busy while watching TV, otherwise I start eating lots of crisps and chocolates which is no good for my health!
If you are looking into special hand-made gifts for birthdays, weddings, or even Mother’s Day and Valentine’s Day, and maybe hand-made cards that are less mainstream than traditional store-bought cards, you’re at the right place!
